Refund Policy
WEINOVEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with relevant laws and regulations such as the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」 and the 「Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries」 and operates the following refund policy.
This policy applies to all paid services, digital content, and AI feature usage provided by WEINOVEL.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this refund policy is to clarify the terms of use and refund standards and procedures for paid services provided by the Company, thereby preventing disputes between members and the Company.
Article 2 (Types of Paid Services)
The paid services provided by the Company are as follows:
- Credits for using AI features
- Paid content passes
- Other paid services separately determined by the Company
Article 3 (Refundable Cases)
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
a. If the service has not been used at all within 7 days of payment
b. If normal service use is impossible due to system errors or failures of the Company
c. If a refund is required by law
d. Other cases where the Company deems a refund necessary
※ Credits are paid immediately upon completion of payment and can be used immediately upon payment.
※ The processing time may vary depending on the payment method for refunds.
Article 4 (Cases Where Refunds are Restricted)
Refunds are restricted in the following cases:
- When content has been generated using AI features
- When some or all of the credits have been used
- When paid content has been viewed or downloaded
- When service use is restricted due to the member's fault
- Use of credit passes provided free of charge through events or promotions
※ AI generation services are considered digital content whose value is consumed upon use.
Article 5 (Partial Refund)
Credits have the nature of digital content that is consumed simultaneously with the use of AI functions, and refunds are not possible for used credits.
If even a portion of the credits has been used, the refund of the remaining credits is subject to the Company's policy.
Payment fees and processing costs may be deducted upon refund.
Specific refund amount calculation methods will be separately notified on the service screen or payment guide.
Article 6 (How to Apply for a Refund)
Members who wish to receive a refund must apply through the customer center or designated inquiry channel.
The Company will review the relevant details after receiving the refund request and notify the processing results.
Refunds may be denied if false or unfair refund requests are identified.
Article 7 (Refund Processing Period)
Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days in principle.
The processing period may take longer depending on the payment method or financial institution.
Article 8 (Precautions When Refunding)
Upon completion of the refund, the corresponding credits and passes will be immediately extinguished.
Re-payment is required to use the same service after a refund.
The Company may restrict repeated refund requests from the same member to prevent abuse of refunds.
Article 9 (Changes to the Policy)
This refund policy may be revised in accordance with changes in laws or service operation policies, and will be notified through announcements within the service upon changes.

This refund policy will be effective from April 1, 2026.
